Kitchen
A European framework with a local character. Familiar dishes sound new, sometimes unexpected, but always understandable.
We create some of the ingredients ourselves. We have a small farm where we grow and carefully collect products that immediately enter the kitchen. It's about seasonality, quality control, and the taste in which its origin is felt.
We grow jerusalem artichoke, our Golden root. It is mild, slightly nutty, with natural sweetness and digestive benefits. We add it to dishes and drinks, revealing new flavors.
In summer and autumn, the fields around bloom with a warm yellow color, as if the sun has sunk to the ground and remains alive among the grasses. You can not only admire this sight, but also taste it.
We collect honey in our own apiary. Bees feed on the nectar of flowering jerusalem artichoke, meadow grasses and lime trees, and also collect pollen from clover, various grasses and fruit trees that grow in the vicinity. Thanks to this, honey turns out to be rich, with a mild aroma.

Alpine chalet with a Russian character. A modern space made of natural materials with warm light and thoughtful architecture. Here you want to slow down and stay longer.
Comfort is organically integrated into nature. There is a forest, silence and a feeling of complete remoteness from the city. The forest looks inside through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. Only natural textures: wood, wild stone fireplace with a live fire all year round, handmade solid oak furniture, leather, linen.
